Refund policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority. You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the item, without providing any justification.

1. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Original Condition: Not worn, used, or altered.
Complete: Returned with all original tags, protective packaging, the Relux Certificate of Authenticity, and proof of purchase.
Unique Pieces: Each return is subject to careful inspection. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Request: Access the “My Orders” section in your Customer Account and follow the instructions. If you do not have an account, contact relux.accessories@gmail.com
Authorization: Once your request is approved, we will send you the return address and detailed instructions. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or defective. Shipping must be trackable.

3. Damages and Exceptions

Damages: If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately.
Non-returnable Items: We do not accept returns of custom-made or personalized items due to their unique nature.

4. Refunds

Processing Time: Once the returned item is received and inspected, Relux will process the refund within 7 business days.
Credit: The refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Actual processing times may vary depending on your bank (generally an additional 5–10 business days).
